They’ll help you create a plan to make the most of your NDIS budget, book and coordinate services when needed, and regularly check in to see how things are going and if any adjustments are required.
Navigators provide extra support for NDIS participants with more complex needs. They’ll work closely with you and help you manage interactions with multiple systems, like hospitals or child protection services, to ensure everything is coordinated and works smoothly for you.
Navigators provide mental health support by helping you connect with community programs and access therapy. They’ll reach out on your behalf, guide you through application processes for services even outside the NDIS, and work with you to set and achieve your goals. They’re here to help you find the proper support and connect with mental health services that suit your needs.
Navigators can help you find and secure housing that suits your needs and lifestyle.
If you share support with others, your preferences must be heard and respected. Our Navigators will ensure everyone involved gets a say in how the support is set up and provided so it works well for everyone.
